Application Information
New residents and tenants will receive a map of the Estate with their induction pack.
Complete the application form and return to Cynthia Carstens at HOA Reception or e-mail to reception@dezalzeestate.com.
Please come to the HOA office to obtain all the relevant information and documentation.
Please take the time to familiarise yourself with the Estate. All Residents are expected to read the Rules and Constitution of the Estate and to abide to it.
Once all information is received, a profile will be created on the Estate portal (communication system) after which you will receive an email with you user name and password which will allow for future communication to you via Email and SMS, as well as the sending out of newsletters or notifications and monthly invoices. All documents that have been sent to you, will be saved on your profile under ‘Communication History’.
There is a daily postal service to De Zalze by the Post Office. Please visit reception for your key to be issued – cost R290.00. It is extremely important that you use your erf number when advising others of your new address (and not street number and name), as the following example shows:

Domestic Refuse is collected on Tuesdays, including public holidays. Please put your refuse out on Tuesdays only, before 07h00 and ensure that your wheelie bin is taken in on Tuesday evenings. Black bags are used for wet waste; clear bags for recycling and green bags are used for garden waste. Garden waste can also be dumped at our compost area from Mondays to Fridays 08h00 till 16h30.
Refuse bags are distributed to each home on the first Tuesday of the month. Any problems or queries regarding waste removal can be directed to Karin Boshoff at the HOA office.

Bins: Can be ordered from Reception. You are welcome to pay cash or request that the cost be added to your levy account.
The levies and water/electricity bills are in one, the levies are paid a month in advance whilst you will be billed for the previous month’s water/electricity consumption. A direct debit form can be found under forms for completion.
